At the 31st AGM held on September 21, 2026 via video conferencing, shareholders approved all eight resolutions with overwhelming support. The audited financial statements for FY2026 and interim dividends were adopted unanimously. Mr. Sudhir Moola was appointed as a director, while Mr. Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Mr. Surenderpal Singh Saluja were reappointed as Managing Director and Chairman respectively. Deloitte Haskins & Sells were reappointed as auditors. Shareholders also approved a capital raise of up to ₹5,000 crores and ratified cost auditor remuneration. All resolutions passed with more than 99% approval, reflecting strong governance and shareholder confidence.
