Vodafone Idea's Board approved the Monitoring Agency Report for Q1 FY26, confirming proper utilization of ₹17,614.20 crore from its April 2024 FPO. The Board reallocated ₹2,258 crore from network infrastructure to spectrum payment obligations via resolution on May 30, 2025. Network capex utilization reached ₹6,115.14 crore, spectrum payments ₹2,175.32 crore, and general corporate purposes fully deployed at ₹2,688.88 crore. Total unutilized funds stand at ₹6,634.86 crore, deployed in fixed deposits earning 6-7.56% returns. No material deviations or regulatory concerns were flagged.

Vodafone Idea reported Q1 FY26 service revenue of ₹110.08 billion with 4.9% YoY growth, but posted a net loss of ₹66.33 billion amid negative net worth of ₹764.95 billion. Operationally, subscriber churn improved 90% to 0.5 million; 4G/5G subscribers reached 127.4 million and customer ARPU grew 15% YoY to ₹177. The auditor flagged material going concern uncertainty dependent on government AGR support and successful fundraising. Cash balance stood at ₹68.3 billion with bank debt reduced to ₹19.3 billion.
