The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 33 per share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the August 24, 2026 AGM. Dividend will be paid after deducting TDS at source as per Income Tax Act 2025 provisions. Resident shareholders receiving up to Rs. 10,000 in dividends may claim exemption from TDS by submitting Form 121. Non-resident shareholders must provide PAN, TRC, and DTAA documents to claim treaty benefits, otherwise TDS will be deducted at 20% plus surcharge and cess. Shareholders must update PAN, KYC, and bank details with their depository by August 10, 2026 to ensure dividend payment.
