Euro Pratik Sales Ltd shareholders approved all 11 AGM resolutions, including adoption of FY2026 financial statements, interim dividend payment, reappointment of director Jai Gunvantraj Singhvi, and approval of contracts with related parties (URO Veneer World LLP, Hues Ply Décor LLP, Europratik Intex LLP, Euro Pratik Trade-FZCO, Chawla Brothers) each up to Rs. 125 Crore annually, appointment of M/s. M Baldeva Associates as Secretarial Auditors, and appointment of Manish Sacheti as Non-Executive Independent Director. All resolutions passed with requisite majority, including special resolution for Manish Sacheti. No resolutions failed or were rejected.
