The Board of XTGlobal Infotech approved an interim dividend of 20.05 paise per share (5% of face value) payable after the record date of 23 September 2026, convened the 38th AGM on 29 September 2026 to reappoint statutory auditors, reappoint Ms. Vuppuluri Sreedevi as Whole-time Director, appoint Mr. Jitesh Raghu Mullapudi as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Venkata Madhusudhana Rao Paladugu as Independent Director, appoint Mr. Saibaba Karuturi as Chairperson, and reconstitute board committees. Additionally, 734,250 stock options and 790,000 RSUs were granted to employees under the 2020 scheme.
