Time Technoplast Limited reported all-time high FY26 revenue of ₹1,13,129 crores and PAT of ₹1,318 crores, up 11.9% YoY, with EBITDA margin expanding to 14.7%. Volume growth reached 13.1% in India and 14.9% overseas, driven by packaging demand. The company reduced debt by ₹4,087 crores, improved ROCE to 18.9%, and proposed a dividend of ₹1.5 per share (15.8% payout). Capex of ₹2,650 crores funded greenfield recycling and IBC facilities, while non-core asset write-downs totaled ₹134 crores. Solar PPAs delivered ₹11 crores in annual benefits, supporting a target ROCE improvement of 1.5-2%. Volume growth targets of 15% are set for FY27, underpinned by composite material adoption and hydrogen cylinder demand in drones and e-rickshaws.
