Shriram Finance announced the final results of its tender offers to purchase up to $300 million of 6.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and $160 million of 6.15% Senior Secured Notes due 2028. Valid tenders totaled $579.421 million (77.26%) for the 2027 Notes and $352.101 million (70.42%) for the 2028 Notes. Due to exceeding maximum acceptance limits, the company accepted $299.979 million of the 2027 Notes at a 47.8999% proration factor and $160 million of the 2028 Notes at a 37.2733% factor. The total expected payout will be $479.069 million, retiring the accepted notes on September 30, 2026, leaving $450.021 million and $340 million outstanding respectively.
