SAMHI Hotels reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs. 308.3 crores, up 10.8% YoY, with EBITDA growing 12.1% on comparable basis. Occupancy reached 79.3%, driven by 9.6% RevPAR growth and 82% domestic traveler share. Management highlighted urbanization benefits in office markets across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, and a strategic shift toward upscale hotels targeting 60% revenue share by FY30. A Rs. 750 crore fundraising was framed as proactive flexibility, not urgent need. Net debt stands at Rs. 1,490 crores with a 3.2x net debt-to-EBITDA ratio. The company is advancing RARE Leisure expansion with 75 hotels and 1,046 rooms, including a potential Itmenaan Estate acquisition in Uttarakhand.
