Power Mech Projects held its 27th AGM on September 17, 2026 via video conference, confirming quorum and attendance of all directors including Chairman Sajja Kishore Babu. Shareholders approved the audited financials, dividend declaration, reappointment of Director M. Rajiv Kumar, appointment of Vasundhara Sinha as Independent Director, and two Employee Stock Option Plans for 2026 covering the parent and subsidiaries. Remuneration for Cost Auditors and commission for Independent Directors were also ratified. Voting was conducted through remote e-voting and insta-poll facilities with NSDL oversight.
