NMDC Limited reported Q3 FY2024-25 standalone revenue of ₹6,530.82 crores (up 20.7% YoY) with profit after tax of ₹1,943.51 crores. Nine-month revenue reached ₹16,715.19 crores with PAT of ₹5,196.44 crores. The company faces material contingent liabilities including ₹13,510.90 crores potential Karnataka mineral tax (pending gubernatorial assent) and ₹3,243.94 crores from regulatory disputes in Chhattisgarh, both sub-judice. NMDC reported Q3 FY2024-25 revenue from operations of ₹6,530.82 crore, up 20.7% YoY, with nine-month revenue of ₹16,715.19 crore. Q3 net profit reached ₹1,881.96 crore (nine-month: ₹5,064.30 crore). Iron Ore segment dominated at ₹6,434.17 crore Q3 revenue. However, significant contingent liabilities exist: pending Karnataka mineral tax bill of ₹13,510.90 crore, Chhattisgarh mining demand of ₹1,623.44 crore, and railway penalty of ₹1,620.50 crore (all sub-judice). Outstanding receivables from NMDC Steel and RINL total ₹6,593.42 crore. A 1:1 bonus share issuance was completed in December 2024.

NMDC reported ₹6,531 crores revenue from operations in Q3 FY25, up 21% YoY, driven by iron ore production of 132.91 LT (up 9% YoY) and improved average sales realization of ₹5,361 per tonne (up 15% YoY). Net profit surged 30% to ₹1,944 crores. For nine months FY25, revenue reached ₹16,715 crores (up 13% YoY) with PAT of ₹5,196 crores (up 25% YoY). EBITDA margin remained healthy at 43% in Q3.
