Netweb Technologies India held its 27th AGM on September 19, 2026 via video conferencing with 30 minutes of e-voting until 5:00 PM. Shareholders approved all resolutions including adoption of audited financial statements for FY2026, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share (150% of face value), appointment of a new director to replace Mr. Navin Lodha, ratification of cost auditors' remuneration for FY2027, and payments of commissions to Managing Director Sanjay Lodha, Whole Time Director Navin Lodha, and Whole Time Director Vivek Lodha. All resolutions passed with near-unanimous approval, including 100% support from promoters and over 99.9% overall approval across categories.
