Morarjee Textiles Limited announced the appointment of three new directors effective June 4, 2026, following approval of its insolvency resolution plan by the NCLT Mumbai on May 11, 2026. Mr. Govind Gopaldas Rathi, Mr. Pravin Ratanlal Jain, and Mr. Sandeep Ramesh Joshi were appointed as Non-Executive Directors. Mr. Rathi brings over 20 years of experience in cotton and textile manufacturing, having led the family's transition from a readymade garments shop to a diversified group with spinning, ginning, and oil mill operations. Mr. Jain, a first-generation entrepreneur, has built a diversified business spanning real estate, manufacturing, IT, and infrastructure, with consolidated group turnover of ₹169.88 crores in FY 2025-26. Mr. Joshi, with a decade of association with the company, specializes in factory operations, compliance with the Factories Act, and occupational health and safety regulations. The appointments are part of the company's restructuring under the approved Resolution Plan and comply with SEBI Listing Regulations. All appointments were filed with the Registrar of Companies and meet statutory requirements.
