Lupin Limited's board approved the transfer of its API R&D Division to wholly owned subsidiary Lupin Manufacturing Solutions Limited via slump sale, and modified the transfer of its Over-the-Counter Consumer Healthcare Business to include an additional brand in the new entity LupinLife Consumer Healthcare Limited. The API transfer is expected to close by April 30, 2025, with consideration of ₹175-225 million, while the OTC business transfer to LCHL will close by June 30, 2025, with consideration of ₹8,000-9,000 million.
