Linde India Ltd (LINDEINDIA) — Board Meeting | 10 September 2026

Linde India held its 90th AGM on 13 August 2026 via video conference, adopting audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2025-26 showing revenue of Rs. 25,306 million, EBITDA of Rs. 9,764 million, and profit after tax of Rs. 5,509 million. The meeting approved a 120% dividend (Rs. 12 per share) including a special dividend, reappointed Michael James Devine as director, and ratified cost auditor fees of Rs. 230,000. Shareholders raised operational and strategic questions, which were addressed by the Chairman and Managing Director before e-voting concluded with all resolutions passed.
