Hindustan Unilever reported Q3 FY2025-26 continuing operations revenue of ₹15,614 crores (up 4% YoY), with EBITDA of ₹3,640 crores at 23.3% margin (down 50 bps). Continuing PAT declined 15% to ₹2,590 crores due to exceptional charges. However, reported PAT surged 136% to ₹7,075 crores, driven by ₹4,611 crores gain from ice cream business demerger into Kwality Wall's (effective December 1, 2025).
