Chembond Chemicals reported consolidated revenue of Rs 326.15 crores for FY2026, up 12% YoY, driven by 36% growth in water technologies and 40% in distribution, with EBITDA rising 7% to Rs 51 crores. The company achieved 50% volume growth in water business and 20% in construction chemicals during H2, while maintaining a strong order book and expanding dealer networks in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Water treatment remains the largest segment at 87% of revenue, though targeted to reduce to 80-70% as other segments grow. Management highlighted pricing pressures from inflation but noted private sector customers accepted temporary hikes, while public sector contracts remained fixed. CAPEX of Rs 21 crores focused on demerger effects and network expansion, with plans to reach Rs 1,000 crore revenue in 4 years through geographic expansion and new product commercialization.
