Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (CCCL) — Board Meeting | 12 August 2026

At the 29th Annual General Meeting on July 28, 2026, shareholders approved all key resolutions including the re-appointment of Whole Time Directors R. Sarabeswar and S. Sivaramakrishnan, adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2026, and remuneration packages of up to Rs.14.40 lakhs per month for Sarabeswar and Rs.12.00 lakhs per month for Sivaramakrishnan. Mr. S. Subramanian was appointed Managing Director & CEO for five years starting April 28, 2026, with remuneration up to Rs.72.00 lakhs annually. Statutory auditors ASA & Associates LLP were re-appointed with remuneration ratified at Rs.75,000 plus taxes.
