Blue Cloud Softech Solutions announced that its US subsidiary Global Impx Inc. received a signed Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services at a fixed fee of US$15.5 million (approximately ₹147 crore). The order, valued at around ₹147 crore, was received on 24 September 2026 and work commenced the same day. This marks an early win for the company following its GIX acquisition and strengthens its AI infrastructure business in the United States, its largest market. The project involves building a scalable, secure GPU-powered platform in New Jersey with 99.5% availability targets and milestone-based payments.
