The revision pertains to a related party transaction involving share swaps to acquire up to 45,16,200 shares of AOPL at Rs.258 per share (total consideration Rs.1,165,179,600) and up to 22,99,000 shares of BLPL at Rs.160 per share (total consideration Rs.367,840,000), both subject to shareholder acceptance and regulatory approvals.
