Digilogic Systems reported FY26 revenue growth of 8.4% YoY, below its 20-25% FY27 guidance, due to supply chain delays extending hardware import lead times from 8 weeks to 4 months, causing INR 22 crores in spillover losses and reducing the order book from INR 46 to 31 crores. Management raised INR 81 crores in January 2026, listed on BSE SME, and projects FY27 revenue growth of 20-25% driven by defense contracts, exports to Philippines, Malaysia, and Cambodia, and R&D investments. Cash flow from operations reached INR 12.63 crores, debt-to-equity stands at 0.04x, and margins improved significantly with EBITDA up 16.5% and PAT up 33.8% YoY. The company is establishing a standalone RF subsidiary to address capability gaps, with revenue expected in FY28, while Project UDAN aims to generate INR 11-13 crores in FY29 and INR 28-30 crores in FY30. Management remains confident in long-term growth through subsystem manufacturing and indigenous SBC development tested from -20°C to +85°C.
