Vandan Foods Limited reported a 139.98% revenue increase to Rs. 25,963.40 lakh for FY 2025-26, driven by expanded capacity and higher volumes. Profit after tax declined to Rs. 132.37 lakh from Rs. 690.70 lakh due to higher raw material costs, finance costs, and depreciation. The company recommended no dividend, increased borrowing limits to Rs. 300 crore, and sought shareholder approval for loans, guarantees, and charges up to this limit. It also proposed appointing Ankitkumar Surendrakumar Agrawal as an Independent Director and ratifying cost auditor remuneration of Rs. 33,000. The IPO raised Rs. 3,036 crore, fully utilized for working capital, debt repayment, and expansion. The AGM is scheduled for September 21, 2026, via video conferencing.
